Special thanks to the district nurses from West Lancashire, staff from Queenscourt Hospice and Sheila Jones, palliative care nurse. Grateful thanks also to members of the brass bands which played at the Service, to Rev. P. Green for his kind ministrations and to John of H. Johnson and Sons for his sensitive and dignified Funeral arrangements.
